Julia Charlott is a passionate illustrator and designer based in Berlin. Her creative work focuses on the fascinating underwater world, particularly digitally illustrated jellyfish and other ocean-inspired motifs.
Through vibrant colors and elegant shapes, she invites viewers to rediscover the beauty and mystery of the ocean. In her work, she combines art with a deep appreciation for nature, creating illustrations that are both distinctive and emotionally engaging.

She studied design at the Weißensee School of Art in Berlin. Afterwards, she moved to the island Sylt on Germany’s North Sea coast, where she worked for many years as a graphic designer. Alongside her professional work, the ocean enthusiast set up jellyfish aquariums in a garage, where she captured the creatures’ colors, shapes, and movements through drawing. In 2024, she became self-employed as an illustrator and has since moved back to Berlin.
